Shop-a-HAUL-ic [6]: Jeffrey Campbell

I don't really think I need to preface this post with anything. I'll just let the shoes speak for themselves. I may do a review on the shoes and SoleStruck later but for now enjoy the shoe porn.

I included a video of my reaction while I was unboxing them as well as some clips of me walking in them. Pictures at the bottom of the post.

Hope you love them as much as I do. :)

OOTD: Sequin Cheetah

 Happy Friday AA,

So I've had this top (from Zara) for a couple months now and never had the opportunity to wear it. Then today came, and I looked fantastic. I have no idea why I didn't wear it sooner.
The cooler weather makes this thick top very appropriate and very warm and the sparkles/sequin help brighten up the glumness of the day.

This is also the first time I wore these Chloe wedges and they were super comfortable. I got them for a steal at the Bloomingdale closing sale awhile back (Mall of America).

Love the leather detail on the knees of my pants, curtsey of the girls section in H&M.

shop-a-HAUL-ic [4]

Dated Oct 27th, 2011
"JEFFREY CAMPBELL!!! I ordered the Lita's on Monday and I just got them in...I'm in LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! I'm so excited to add these shoes to my collections find outfits to wear with them.

SOO I've had these shoes for 3 months or so and...

SN: if you remember my post about wedges (here) you know how much I love these(link). Well I ended up buying them AND they were on SALE...I only paid $54 (compared to the original $90) #winning.

I also ordered two palettes from Coastal Scents that arrived recently"

...nearly a year later.

Well there's nothing like an incomplete thought to highlight ones short attention span. SMH.

So I've had my Lita's for almost a year maybe even more because I'm not even sure when I received them. Regardless I love them to this day and have been wanting a 2nd and 3rd pair since! I originally ordered a 6 but had to exchange it for a 7. I bought them from SoleStruck and shipping and all that good stuff was fast and easy. I love(d) them. I'm happy I bought the black distressed leather because they go with everything, or I try to pair them with everything anyway. Seriously THEY ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE HEELS THAT I OWN. Sorry for the caps lock, but I needed to convey my opinion in the best way possible over the internet. The longer I have them the more distressed they look and the more they become my go to shoes. From casual to dressy more often than not I'm wearing them or tried to wear them.

I ended up buying both pairs of wedges featured in my Top 5 [9] and I love those as well. And you can bet I got both of them on sale. I love Aldo! Anyway, wedges are super easy to walk in compared to heels. And they're great for the summer time. I don't think I have pictures of me in either of them :(. But just know they were super cute on.

I ordered the 88 warm palette and the 10 shade blush palette from Coastal Scents. Both were pretty affordable compared to other palettes of their kind. I REALLY love the blush palate and pretty much exclusively use those colors. The Warm palate has come in handy when doing make up for other people. Yes, I'm unofficially a freelance M.U.A. but are you surprised?

4EVER Twenty-1 L<3VE

So finally, after having had a FULL basket this whole summer on forever21.com I actually ordered some of the stuff I wanted. I’d waited so long that a lot of the stuff that was originally there went out of stock :( but I totally love what I got. I already have a lot of clothes and as I’m getting older, I want to acquire clothes that will reflect that maturity [for the most part anyway, because I LOVE sneakers and tees]. I also want things that will work with items I already have and that are still MY style.

Basically I LOVE Forever 21.

blogtopLOVE it, (cuz I actually would)- SALE $6.99

tunic

Imagine with royal blue or mustard colored leggings & jewelry- $19.80

butondwn

Love button downs over skinnies or leggins- $10.50

What can I say, if these don’t make my butt bigger then I don’t know what will [my butts not all that small]- $17.80

prez

I do think he’s lovely, and HOT, I’d DEFINALTY baROCK Obama’s world (LMAO I’m a mess)- $19.00

***My opinions on President Obama’s attractiveness have nothing to do with my political affiliation. I don’t “affiliate” with any party, mostly because I can not vote [I am 20, BUT only a permanent resident of this country and not yet a citizen] so don’t misinterpret my statement above.***

tank

LOVE the color and the print- SALE $8.99

vest

adore the safety pin detail, grey is such a pretty color- $17.80

So cute, <3 ruffles- SALE $14.99

That’s not bad compared to what it started out as at the beginning of summer [over $400!].

To bad that’s not all the shopping I'll be doing…still need to order those Creative Recs [below]!!!

Retail Therapy works wonders, even if you don’t have any problems at the moment.

Top 5 AHOLICs [2]

5) Baby shoes

4) Katherine Heigl

3) LMFAO

2) Animated movies

1) "Reality" TV

I'm in NO rush to have children. But I can't help but stop by the baby section in stores. The clothes are sooo adorable. The tiny-ness adds to the cuteness, especially the SHOES! Lol, can you imagine a teeny tiny pair of vans? OMG, heart melting.

katherine_heigl I'm SOO loving Katherine this summer. Love love love her movies. If you haven't seen The Ugly Truth definitely check it out. Such a good movie, it's officially been added to my "Chick Flick Favs" [list idea].

Was watching The Real World Cancun and they were on this past weeks episode. I'd heard them before in one of KanYe West's songs, but never too the time to find out more. But after watching the episode I went to YouTube (of course) and listened to a couple of their songs. LOVE IT! They are so, I don't even know how to describe it. Kick a55? Hmm, can't think of the words now. Just check them out. Even changed my Facebook status to a line from their song I Am NOT a Whore.

I'm a child at heart. I adore Disney movies, Disney Channel Original Movies (aka DCOMs), animated movies, Pixar, etc. I just watched Bolt. Can you guess how I reacted? Yep, LOVED it. I cried a little. Toy Story, The Incredibles, A Bug's Life, Wall-E, those are just a few really good animated movies.

We can't escape it. It's everywhere, and despite being told it's "real" we all know otherwise. REALITY TV, can't get enough. there is nothing like watching other peoples (often messed up lives) to make us feel better about our selves, or envious. Some of us have friends we like to live through, if you're married, your single friends and vise versa, not well off you "rich" friend etc. It happens. And television has brought it into the comfort of our own homes. I LOVE (probably getting tired of that word, but I have a BIG heart lol) Real Housewives of ATL & New Jersey (my favorite right now), The Hills (even though Lauren is leaving), the Real World, America's Next Top Model, just to name a few.

What addictions are you ENJOYING right now?

Foot Fetish? Try SHOE Fetish!

I love shoes. ( I almost want to just end there, but I'll expand a little bit)

I LOVE shoes A LOT! (Better?)

I can't help it. Especially after entering college my love for footwear has grown. My whole wardrobe actually, I've found that by the end of the year I need MORE suitcases to pack up my clothes and shoes.

I've especially like (what a pathetic word to describe my feelings) sneakers and heels. My sneaker and heel collection has grown tremendously from maybe 2 pairs of each to I'm not even sure how many, and STILL counting.

I really like Creative Recs, Pastries, Supras, Diesel, & of course Nikes. Heels, man there are so many places to buy them that I'm not even sure I have a list, but Steve Maddens are CRAZY comfortable especially for being so HOTT (the shoes I mean).

Sneakers I'm lusting after right now...(and will buy before school starts)

         shoes

Heels I love but can't "afford" Marc Jacobs (of course)...

heels

Shoe Fetish now there's something I can get into ;).
