OOTD & OOTW: Flash back

I wore my matching tropicana jean outfit today! Loved it, it definitely brightened up the gloomy snowy day we had.

I styled it with my more wearable black combat boots considering the weather (instead of my Spiked Litas).

Here are some throw back OOTDs, they're from my visit to MN and before thanksgiving.
I loved this first one and it makes me want to buy more midi-skirts. What do you think?

Enjoy

OOTD: Bold in Gold

I LOVE THIS SWEATER!

I bought this sweater during the summer from H&M because it was light enough for a cooler summer day or night but thick enough to be layered and help keep you warm during the fall. Plus it's an awesome color, gold. I kept the look simple and paired it with black and a couple touches of gold (watch and studs on shoes).

I wanted to play with mixing textures (as opposed to patterns or colors) so I layered the sweater over my velvet Peter Pan collared top. Both collars and velvet are in this season so definitely try and work them into your wardrobe.

SN: I finally put my twists back in, month 3 of this "Hide Your Hair Challenge" went by quickly.

Trend Watch: Peplum

This trend followed us from spring to summer now into fall. Who's gonna be surprised if it's still around in winter, not I.

Anyway peplum tops or even skirts are really classic and help accentuate your waist, no matter the size. They are versatile, cute and should be added to your list of things to buy.
Here are some different takes on the style

Trend Watch: OXBLOOD

Oxblood Red...oozing down the runway.

I've always loved burgundy, so rich and vibrant. My feelings towards Oxblood red are no different.
Check out this new trend for the fall. Wear out and rock it or just ogle it on screen.

Kinda brings out the vampire in me.
