OOTD: Marsha, Marcha, Marcia?

I think I look like a cute Kindergarten teacher today...or Marcia Brady, whichever. Loved layering this top and dress together and navy definitely brought out the blue in pattern of the top. And of course I wore my JC's seriously some of the most comfortable shoes I own/brought with me any opportunity to wear them.
