OOTD: Paint Strokes

Hey this week is almost over. I can already feel the breeze from Lake Michigan on my face!

I haven't worn these pants (except for in my lookbook here) so I thought I'd take them out for a spin.

I found it kind of strange that people were giving me odd looks because of them. It's a print, relax. To each his own I guess.

LookBook: Printed Pants [3]

This is the last part of this lookbook. Hope you've gotten something from it.

Towards the end of my mini "photo shoot" I realized that all my pairings were pink so I threw in the blue top. This is mostly because I don't have my whole wardrobe at my disposal. I'd also try a gold top, or a teal top. There are a lot of color in these pants (pink, gold, teal, black etc) that can be brought out with the tops or accessories worn with it. 

I LOVE these pants, when I saw them at H&M (might still be available) I fell in love instantly and had to have them. I was ecstatic that they actually fit, well more or less, it's a little big in the waist but that's expected.

Back to the point I hope you guys have enjoyed it and there will definitely more to come.

You can throw a blazer, leather jacket or sweater over any of these tops, like I did with the first look.

Has anyone spotted my new go to pose? Lol.

Here's a tutorial (here) on some DIY printed brocade pants, not exactly the same but you get a similar effect depending on the pants you use.

LookBook: Printed Pants [2]

Happy thirsty Thursday.

It's almost the weekend! I say that like I've got something special going on. Anyway this is part two of the printed pants lookbook, you can see part one here.

You've seen these pants before here, but I've styled them in a couple of different ways.

Hope you like.

You can see why I had to break down this lookbook into 3 parts.

This last look was my favorite of all of them. The pants really make it fun.
Blazer- Forever 21, here and similar here
Pants- H&M (Sale section, might still be available) similar here
Blouse- Target a long time ago but anywhere, similar here

The key is to use one of the colors from the print (of the pants) and let that be the color of the blouse.

LookBook: Printed Pants [1]

It's Wednesday already?! Looks like it, sigh, I have a feeling this month is just going to fly by.

Anyway hope you all have a fabulous week thus far!

I've been raving about printed pants, and prints really, for what feels like forever. SO I decided to put together a lookbook featuring three different printed pants. They're all uniquely different so I'm sure you'll find something that you like and inspires you.

I'm at my parents house so I don't have access to my full wardrobe, so I did my best with the things that I brought back and clothes that I have purchased since arriving

So after actually taking the pictures and making the video I decided to break this up into THREE parts so you're not bombarded with pictures and looks. This will be the first set and the most casual of the three looks.

I layered a jean (or leather jacket) over some of my tops so you can feel free to layer too depending on you weather.
