OOTD: Paint Strokes

Hey this week is almost over. I can already feel the breeze from Lake Michigan on my face!

I haven't worn these pants (except for in my lookbook here) so I thought I'd take them out for a spin.

I found it kind of strange that people were giving me odd looks because of them. It's a print, relax. To each his own I guess.

Man this week has been crazy, adjusting to classes and my schedule combined with the fluctuating weather. After Wednesday I'm almost definitely not living in the "north" again. I can't be this cold for half the year.

Sunday- 1st of many snow storms on campus

Monday- The Day After, with some cool lighting.

Tuesday- Found these AWESOME graffiti walls that you will be seeing more of.

Wednesday- 2nd snow storm

Thursday- Library day



Friday- First "Street Style" picture (taken with phone).

I know this is late, but better late than never.

This week was kind of crazy, had to pack up all my stuff so that I could take it all back to school. Anyway I'm back now and settled in, FINALLY.

I realized I really enjoyed taking pictures of rural and urban settings and contrasting them. Really just examining the world we live in general and seeing the beauty in nature and man made things.

Sunday: I FINALLY polished my lita's (the before is in the back).OOTD here.

Monday: Denim love! See more here and here.

Tuesday: Had to get my picture taken. FOTD and half of an OOTD.

Wednesday: I love the way the sky and sun look. Check my photography blog for more pictures, here.

Thursday: Breakfast with the BF, twins!!

Saturday: Night in.

WIP [2]

What's up? How's it hanging? How you doing?

This week was filled with driving, sigh! I've never driven so much in such a short amount of time, TWO trip to Chicago and back. That 20 hours right there, plus a 6 hour trip to a small town in WI.
Anyway I'm glad that that's behind me now.

I didn't get everyday this week :( but I got a lot of random pictures from the trip down to Chicago. Lots of farm land, I missed a great opportunity to photograph people on the lake ice fishing. Oh well, I enjoyed the nap I was taking at the time.

I got a chance to test out my action shot function while the car was moving. Pretty cool.

Sunday- Oreo Concrete Mixer from Culver's YUM!

Monday- Trip #2 Minocqua. I thought MY town was small. I was wrong, it was super corny/stereotypical small cabin town. But kind of cute.

Tuesday- I think I might've slept the whole day. It happens.


Wednesday- Trip #3 Chicago: Rural vs Industrial/Urban

Thursday- I washed my hair today. Yeah it was as exciting as it sounds. Unofficial length check.

Friday- Went thrifting today and FINALLY picked up my new glasses. It also snowed the night before and for whatever reason I was really excited about it.

Saturday- I was setting up my lighting for BlckGld pictures (up by tomorrow or Monday). I used Simeon as my focus point.
